Payment and Cancellation rules for Apartments

If the reservation is made at over 15 days from the arrival date, the guest pays 50% of the booked price in order to make a booking.
At 15 days prior the arrival date, the guest pays the remaining 50% of the booked price. Otherwise the booking is automatically cancelled.
For reservations made up to 15 days prior to the arrival date, the guest pays 100% of the booked price.

The guest can cancel at any time before arrival by email.
If the reservation is cancelled at more than 15 days prior the arrival date, then the prepayment is fully refundable.
If the cancellation is made at 15 days or less prior to arrival date, all previous payments are non-refundable.
