Booking Terms and Conditions
Arrival / Departure Hours
Check-in time: 14:00 to 22:00

Departure time: Until 12:00 noon.

‘From January 2018 an additional stay tax of 0.50 Euro per room per night will be charged for the total time of stay, and will be paid at the hotel upon arrival. This amount is not included in the room rate.

(Different hours of arrival and departure may be made at your request and if possible).

Don’t show
The non-arrival of the customer, which is after the time stated in the Arrival Time, is defined as No Show and consequently any advance payment or redemption has been made is lost and the room is now considered free and available to the booking department.

Departure Delay
Delaying a room, upon request with Reception, and between 12: 00-18: 00, is subject to an additional charge of 50% of the room rate and 100% after 18:00.

Children and extra beds
All children under 2 years stay free of charge. Extra beds cannot be accommodated.

Parking lot
Parking is available on site and is free of charge.

Internet
Wireless internet (WiFi) is available on site and is free of charge.

Cancellation
A reservation is required for each booking in order to be confirmed. If the customer does not send the requested deposit within a specified time, the hotel reserves the right to cancel it immediately, without notice.

Reservations are confirmed by a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation.

If canceled up to 60 days before date of arrival, or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Reservations that are classified as “non refundable” require a prepayment of the entire amount of the stay upon making the reservation, without the possibility of changing dates and in case of cancellation, the refund is non-refundable.

Pets
Pets are not allowed.

Taxes and surcharges
Accommodation rates include all legal taxes. The tax is not included (€ 0.50 / night / room), paid by the resident.

Credit cards accepted
Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.

Featuring a loft, this air-conditioned apartment opens to a furnished balcony with views over the village. It includes a fridge, coffee machine and a kettle, plates and silverware are also avaliable for making cold plates or fruit salads. A TV, a small dining area and 2 bathrooms are also standard.
The loft floor is accessible only by stairs.
Please note that this room type is fitted with either 2 single beds or a double bed and an extra double sofa bed.
