Each studio can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children (no more than 13 years old each) or 3 adults.

Note that the maximal occupancy per studio is 3 adults. If you are more than 3 adults. then you have to book two or more studios.

Booking / Payment
Reservations / payments
Reservations: payment in advance is necessary.
Payments:
For reservations up to 2 weeks before arrival 100% of the total price.
For reservations more than 3 weeks before arrival 50% of the total price.
The remainder of the price must be paid 2 weeks before arrival.
Cancelations:
For the cancelation to be considered valid, you must send it via e-mail in which you MUST receive a reply. (Cancelations via phone will not be consider valid).
Cancellation costs:
up to 60 days before arrival 30% of the booked price.
59 to 22 days before arrival 50% of the booked price
21 to 15 days before arrival 80% of the booked price
14 days before arrival 100% of the booked price.

Please note that for each overnight stay, according to the new law in Greece, 4389/2016, FEK (Government Gazette) Α 94-2016, article 53, a tax on stay in favour of the public section is imposed on tourist enterprises from 1/1/2018. In Damouchari Apartments you will have to pay 0,50 euros extra per overnight stay per apartment (not per person).
You will pay the extra fee upon arrival.

Check in is taking place from 14:00 to 22:00
Check out is from 08:00 until 11:00

Damages:

Damage that happens during stay: must be reported immediately to the landlord or local service in writing, an Email is sufficient. The tenant is responsible for all damage caused by him in the amount of the replacement / repair costs.
The tenant has to treat the rented accommodation and the furnishings with care. Any damage must be reported to the owner immediately. The tenant is liable for all damage caused by him, persons who have travelled with him or guests taken in by him as well as pets to which he grants access to the rented property, regardless of the tenant's own fault.

Fellow travelers:

The tenant is allowed to use the accommodation only with as many people or with the pets as booked. The inclusion of additional persons or pets not booked is not permitted without the prior consent (consent) of the owner. The owner reserves the right to make use of his extraordinary right of termination in such a case. The use of the accommodation is limited to the booked period of use for vacation purposes.
