Booking conditions and payment method.

For a firm reservation, the guest must note the following:

For bookings up to 21 days prior to arrival, the guest must pay 100% of the travel price.
For bookings made more than 40 to 22 days before arrival, the guest pays 50% of the travel price.


Cancellation by the customer / cancellation costs:
You can withdraw at any time before the start of the journey. The receipt of the declaration of withdrawal by us (by email) is decisive for the cancellation costs.
Cancellation costs:
up to 60 days before departure, 10% of the booked price (If you paid more, the amount will be refunded)
59 to 41 days before departure, 30% of the booked price
40 to 15 days before departure, 60% of the booked price
14 days until the start of the trip or if no show 100% of the booked price.

A deposit of 50% is required at all times.

The rest of the tour price has to be paid 3 weeks before arrival.
Cancellation by the customer / cancellation costs:
You can withdraw at any time before departure. The receipt of the cancellation by us (by email) is decisive for the cancellation costs. If you do not receive an answer within 24 hours, please resend your cancellation, as there is a possibility that your e-mail has ended up in the savings folder.
Cancellation costs:
up to 60 days before departure, 10% of the booked price
59 to 30 days before departure, 30% of the booked price
29 to 7 days before departure 80% of the booked price
100% of the booked price in the event of no-show.
The payments take place as follows:
1. About 30% of the travel price if more than 30 days prior to arrival.
2. Payment of the balance takes place 29 days before arrival.
3. If there are less than 30 days between the booking date and the day of arrival, the full amount will be paid.
In the event of cancellation, the amount will be retained according to the cancellation fee and the remaining amount will be refunded.
